Guest Service Host

Aspers Westfield Stratford City

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Service professional for the position of Guest Services Host at our Aspers Westfield Stratford City site.

This position reports to the Guest Services Manager and will be responsible for delivering a proficient customer services experience at the Guest Services and Front of House areas.

Responsibilities will include: 

  • Being the first point of contact for Aspers Casino Customers
  • Successful development and execution of operational initiatives including promotional activity and Aspers World Loyalty Programme
  • Resolving guest queries in person, by phone and by e-mail
  • Accuracy of inputting data in relation to guests on internal database
  • Optimising guest experience whilst demonstrating knowledge of guest service standards

Selection Criteria (Essential)

  • Minimum 1 years’ customer service work experience ideally in a busy fast-paced environment
  • IT literate
  • Good telephone and e-mail manner with exceptional verbal and written skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a faced paced environment

Internal Applicants

  • Minimum of 6 months Aspers experience
  • Passed probationary period within current department 

Aligned to Gambling Legislation, all applicants must be aged 18 or over to work at Aspers.

This role functions in a business that operates evenings and weekends, and as such full flexibility is required.

The role will be expected to be available to work for any requirements within Aspers & this will mean evening & weekend obligations outside of ‘normal’ working hours
