Asper’s Casino, a fantastic and modern Casino with 2 bars and a team of floor servers delivering our food and drinks throughout the venue.

Expanding the Food and Beverage offer - looking to add great people to our ever-expanding team. We are seeking to recruit for the position of Bar Supervisor at our Aspers Westfield Stratford City site.

This position reports to the Customer Service Manager – Food & Beverage, and you will be:

• A self-starter, a natural hospitality pro, hardworking and guest focused to ensure a first-class guest experience.  
• You will have experience in managing and supervising team, getting people to be the best they can be will be part of what you do naturally
• Focussed on the detail of cleanliness and tidiness and of course Health and safety!
• Able to work independently and adapt with the times.  
• As Bar Supervisor you will be proactive in the team to ensure cleanliness and prep is always a priority and done to keep the team running smoothly.  From great service to being a great team leader.

Selection Criteria (Essential)

• A minimum of 1 year in Supervisor role and demonstrable time spent in hospitality/bar work
• This role will require you to work on site, so being within a commutable distance would be essential
