What do we ask from you?

The successful applicant is responsible for ensuring that customer visits to the Slot machine and Electronic Gaming Area provide excitement and entertainment through the delivery of outstanding customer service; ensuring the basic maintenance and appearance of designated areas; reporting any malfunctions or any suspicious behaviour.

Skills and Knowledge:

  • A minimum of 6 months customer facing experience in a fast paced, high volume Entertainment, F&B or Casino based environment.
  • Understanding of the relevant legislation on the responsible service of alcohol.

  • Ability for independent working in a fact paced, high volume environment
  • Able to self- motivate

  • Computer Literate with excellent communication skills

Your job role with Aspers will dictate the level of safer gambling knowledge you will require and any specific safer gambling related responsibilities. As part of your induction your line manager will explain this to you and ensure that you receive any necessary training.
