OVERVIEW

We are currently seeking experienced Gaming professionals for the opportunity to become a Croupier in the Live Table Gaming Department at our established site in Westfield Stratford City.

The role will be responsible for ensuring that Aspers core service values are demonstrated through the provision of an exciting and exceptional customer experience.

Croupiers will be well presented; be focused on providing a positive service culture; display the expected professional behaviours as well as maintain game efficiency, integrity, and consistency.

SELECTION CRITERIA:

  • Valid PFL Holder.
  • Minimum of 6 months Live Gaming Table experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year Live Gaming Table experience for New Starter Bonus scheme.
  • Excellent grasp of Guest Service standards.
  • Ability to work in the fast paced and high volume environment.
  • Robust understanding of Gaming legislation Knowledge of Personal Gaming Licence responsibilities.

Please note that this role functions in a business that operates evenings and weekends, and as such full flexibility is required. The role will be expected to be available to work for any requirements within Aspers & this will mean evening & weekend obligations outside of ‘normal’ working hours.
