We are seeking to recruit for the position of Electronic Gaming Technician at our Aspers Westfield Stratford City site.

This position reports to the Gaming Service Manager, and Aspers Electronic Gaming Technicians are accountable for:

  • Providing technical guidance and support to the site in the installation/removal of gaming product
  • General repair and preventative maintenance of all gaming products and ensuring equipment integrity
  • Maintains compliance with Company & Gaming Board policies and procedures 

Selection Criteria (Essential) 

  • A minimum of 1-year of technical experience in a casino environment/Electronic Gaming Facility
  • Extensive knowledge of service industry and
  • service culture and an exceptional knowledge of Gaming products, services and facilities
  • Good understanding of compliance and security
  • issues within the industry
  • Time management skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Technically driven
  • Attention to detail

Aligned to Gambling Legislation, all applicants must be aged 18 or over to work at Aspers.

This role functions in a business that operates evenings and weekends, and as such full flexibility is required. The role will be expected to be available to work for any requirements within Aspers & this will mean evening & weekend obligations outside of ‘normal’ working hours.
